Vanessa has decades of experience helping founders create and grow technology companies. Throughout her career she has sat at the intersection of ideas and their development in a variety of roles spanning media, politics, technology, business, academia and the law.

Vanessa was a co-founder of Invoke Capital which created some of the UK’s highest-growth businesses such as Darktrace and Luminance, among others.

She is interested in and invests in new initiatives in health tech, particularly women’s health. She holds a number of board positions and is a Fellow of the Cambridge Centre for Science and Policy and on the Innovation Board of Innovate Cambridge and supports a number of arts organisations.

Helen is an experienced leader, investor, adviser and non-executive director. She has spent her career at the intersection of business, finance and international affairs and was previously a Special Adviser to Foreign Secretary Lord Cameron and held senior leadership roles, including Global COO at Brunswick Group and CEO of Investis Digital where she was a founding director. She began her career as an investment analyst in London and New York.

Ella has a decade of experience in the technology sector, most recently as VP of Marketing and Communications at legal AI company, Luminance. She was formerly a Senior Associate at Invoke Capital which created some of the UK’s highest-growth tech businesses including cyber AI firm, Darktrace. She graduated from Bristol University with a first-class degree in politics and international relations.
